The radio on the left is a VHF/UHF radio that is controlled from a cellphone and has no physical user interface. The radio can be operated remotely, including audio, by the cellphone from anywhere.

A nice dual band mobile radio. Note the mag mount antenna on a pizza tray in the photo just above.

This mast became a vertical antenna with the addition of conductive cloth strips.The attachment point for the coax and counterpoise was 3D printed, as was the hitch support bracket.

In the centre is a commercial, portable vertical antenna. The sections have markings for the various bands which makes it easier to tune.
